Tezi Okul ve Öteki Yurttaşlar adı ile kitap olarak yayınlandı. Halen Mardin Artuklu Üniversitesi Edebiyat Fakültesi Eğitim Bilimlerinde öğretim üyesi olarak çalışmaktadır (2023). Eğitim çalışmalarının yanında aynı zamanda bir dil ve kültür çalışanıdır.
