All referees are expected to review manuscripts thoroughly and send their reports to the author by the deadline that was set.

In the review process referees;

• Assess the relevance and appropriateness of the reasearch,

• Do not proof-read the article since this is done by editors,

• May decide that the article can be published as it is,

• May reject an article with reason/s stated,

• May return the article to the author for major/minor revisions,

• Explain details of the revisions clearly,

• Make sure that the article is published as suggested.
