Cihan Ertan graduated from Akdeniz University, Department of Sociology and received both his Master and PhD degrees from the same university. His PhD thesis was entitled “The Body and the Practice of Tattooing as a Tool of Meaning Production”. He is currently working as an Associate Professor at the department of Sociology in Düzce University, Türkiye. His main research interests are cultural studies, sociology of the body, and gender.

Tuğba Sevinç lisans eğitimini İstanbul Üniversitesi İngilizce İktisat Bölümünde, yüksek lisans ve doktora eğitimlerini Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Felsefe Bölümünde tamamlamıştır. İlgi alanları çağdaş siyaset felsefesinde: özgürlük, toplumsal dayanışma ve birlik teorileri, liberal milliyetçilik, Philip Pettit, modern cumhuriyetçilik, ve John Rawls’tur. Yayınları arasında “Three Approaches to Social Unity and Solidarity” (CRISPP), “Sources and Discourses of Solidarity: The Case of the Covid-19 Pandemic,” (Jahrbuch Praktische Philosophie in Globaler Perspektive 5), “The Nature of Human Activity: A Critical Assesment of Arendt’s Views on Marx” (Kilikya Felsefe Dergisi) bulunmaktadır. Şu anda Kadir Has Üniversitesi’nde Dr. öğretim üyesi olarak görev yapmaktadır.
