Manuscripts submitted to the journal are forwarded to editors first and then sent from editors to minimum two different referees. Referees review the manuscripts and send their reports back to editors who inform authors about the referees’ decisions. Revised manuscripts are re-submitted and re-evaluated by the referees. The journal’s editorial board makes the final decision to accept or reject the paper for publication.

Accepted papers are sent to production, and they also appear on the website in the “accepted papers” section. All papers including rejected manuscripts are kept for records.
