A BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS TO VISUALIZATION OF MACHINE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES AND ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING LITERATURE

Öz

In this study, it is aimed to examine the development of machine manufacturing technologies and to evaluate the development process of additive manufacturing in this evolution. The intellectual tendency structure of the development process expressed in this context has been visualized using scientific mapping within the framework of academic literature. For this purpose, the main research topics in the field of machine manufacturing technologies and additive manufacturing, classical and temporary publications, interrelated areas, the most active areas, critical transitions and turning points in the development history of the areas are evaluated. Authors, keywords, and country patterns that with citation booms are studied in detail. CiteSpace bibliometric mapping program is used to visualize the scientific works in the data sets of the study and to examine the academic trends in the field.

Öz

Çalışmada makine imalat teknolojilerinin gelişim evriminin incelenmesi, bu evrim içerisinde eklemeli imalatın gelişim sürecinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu kapsamda ifade edilen gelişim sürecinin entelektüel eğilim yapısı, akademik literatür çerçevesinde bilimsel haritalama uygulaması kullanılarak görselleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla, makine imalat teknolojileri ve eklemeli imalat alanındaki başlıca araştırma konularının neler olduğu, klasik ve geçici yayınlar, birbiriyle bağlantılı alanlar, en aktif alanlar, alanların gelişim tarihindeki kritik geçişler ve dönüm noktaları değerlendirilmiştir. Atıf patlaması olan yazarlar, anahtar kelimeler ve ülke modelleri ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın veri setlerinde yer alan bilimsel eserlerin görselleştirilmesi ve alana ilişkin akademik eğilimlerin incelenmesi amacıyla CiteSpace bibliyometrik haritalama programından yararlanılmıştır.
