Avrupa Aşırı Sağında Göçmen Karşıtlığı: Fransa ve Macaristan Örnekleri

Abstract

Avrupa
siyasetinde belirleyici bir unsur olarak aşırı sağ, birçok konudan etkilenmektedir.
Avrupa kıtasına yönelen göçmenler de bu konulardan biridir. Özellikle Arap
Baharı sonrası Avrupa’ya göç eden yüzbinlerce insanın neden olduğu göç krizi ve
göçün yarattığı sorunlar aşırı sağın daha fazla gündeme gelmesine neden
olmuştur. Çalışmada söz konusu durum Fransa ve Macaristan üzerinden
incelenmiştir. Öncelikle göçmen karşıtlığına ilişkin kavramsal bir çerçeve
çizilmiş ardından Avrupa aşırı sağı Fransa’da Ulusal Birlik partisi,
Macaristan’da Jobbik partisi üzerinden incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak çalışmada
iki aşırı sağ partinin göçmen karşıtlığının farklı nedenlere dayandığı
gösterilmiştir. Fransa’da göç karşıtlığı ekonomik, ulusal kimlik ve güvenlik
gibi nedenlerden kaynaklanırken, Macaristan’da temelde güvenlik konusu öne
çıkmıştır. İki partinin yaklaşımı arasındaki farklılık, aşırı sağ şeklinde
sınıflandırılan yapının ülkeler özelinde farklılaşabildiğini göstermiştir.
