Abstract

Kültür politikasının bir kamu politikası çerçevesinde batı devletlerinin gündemine geldiği 2. Dünya Savaşı sonrası Refah Devleti uygulamalarından bu yana, köprünün altından çok sular aktı. Yüzyıllar boyunca farklı anlamlar yüklenen, milliyetçiliğin yükselmesiyle birlikte uluslar kuran ve dağıtan kültür, 20. Yüzyılın ikinci yarısından itibaren devletler için bir kamu politikası nesnesi, düzenlenmesi ve denetlenmesi gereken bir alan haline gelir.
