Abstract

Notalgia parestetika (NP) dorsal vertebral ve
skapular alanda nöropatik karakterde ağrı, kaşıntı ve pigmentasyon artışı ile
karakterize cilt lezyonu ile seyreden klinik bir durumdur. Etiyolojisi ve
prevelansı tam olarak bilinmeyen bu klinik sıklıkla göz ardı edilebilmekte ve
tanı konulmasının gecikilmesiyle süreç içerisinde kronikleşmektedir. Poliklinik
pratiğimizde nadir görülen bu olgu üzerinden NP kliniği, etyopatogenezi ve
tedavi seçenekleri tartışılmak istenmiştir.

Notalgia Paresthetica: Case Report

Abstract

Notalgia Paresthetica
(NP) is a clinical condition associated with skin lesion which charecterized by
neuropathic pain, pruritus and and hyperpigmentation by dorsal vertebral and
scapular area. Etiology and prevalence of clinic is unknow exactly so this
clinic ignore mostly and due to delayed diagnosis became chronic diseases in
time. This rare phenomenon was discussed with the pathogenesis and treatment
options in our practise.
