Örgütsel Özdeşleşme Kavramında Eğilimler: Scopus Verilerine Dayalı Bibliyometrik Bir Çalışma

Abstract

Bu çalışma, örgütsel özdeşleşme (ÖÖ) kavramının eğitim örgütleri bağlamındaki bilimsel görünümünü, 2000–2025 yılları arasında Scopus veri tabanında yayımlanan çalışmalar üzerinden bibliyometrik yöntemle incelemektedir. ÖÖ, bireylerin kendilerini üyesi oldukları örgütle tanımlama derecesini ifade eden, sosyal kimlik teorisine dayalı çok boyutlu bir yapıdır. Eğitim örgütleri açısından ÖÖ, öğretmen ve öğrencilerin bağlılık, motivasyon, performans ve kurum kültürüne uyum düzeylerini etkileyen stratejik bir değişkendir. Çalışmada, belirlenen anahtar kelimeler kullanılarak eğitim bağlamındaki yayınlar taranmış, dahil etme ve hariç tutma kriterleri uygulanarak 2000–2025 yıllarına ait veri seti oluşturulmuştur. VOSviewer yazılımıyla yapılan analizler, yıllara göre yayın eğilimlerini, ülke ve yazar iş birliği ağlarını, anahtar kelime birlikte geçme ilişkilerini ve atıf ağlarını ortaya koymuştur. Bulgular, 2010 sonrası dönemde özellikle 2020’den itibaren yayın sayısında belirgin bir artış olduğunu, üretimin en yoğun olduğu ülkelerin ABD, Birleşik Krallık, Çin, Almanya ve Türkiye olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca, sosyal bilimler, psikoloji ve işletme alanlarının literatüre en fazla katkıyı sağladığı görülmektedir. Anahtar kelime analizleri, ÖÖ’nün “school identification”, “school climate”, “job satisfaction”, “social identity” ve “well-being” kavramlarıyla güçlü ilişkiler kurduğunu göstermiştir. Bulgular doğrultusunda politika yapıcılara, eğitim örgütlerinde aidiyeti artıracak liderlik programları, kurum kültürü geliştirme girişimleri ve uluslararası araştırma iş birliklerinin teşvik edilmesi önerilmektedir.

Trends and Patterns in Organizational Identification: A Bibliometric Study Based on Scopus Data

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of organizational identification (OI) in the context of educational organizations, based on publications indexed in the Scopus database between 2000 and 2025. OI, grounded in social identity theory, refers to the degree to which individuals define themselves through their membership in an organization and is recognized as a multidimensional construct. In educational settings, OI is a strategic factor influencing teachers’ and students’ commitment, motivation, performance, and alignment with institutional culture. Using targeted keywords, relevant education-related publications were retrieved, and inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied to compile the dataset. Analyses conducted via VOSviewer mapped publication trends over time, author and country collaboration networks, keyword co-occurrence, and citation patterns. Findings reveal a steady increase in publications after 2010, with a marked rise post-2020. The most productive countries are the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Germany, and Turkey, with social sciences, psychology, and business disciplines contributing most to the field. Keyword analysis shows strong associations between OI and “school identification,” “school climate,” “job satisfaction,” “social identity,” and “well-being.” Based on these findings, policy recommendations include promoting leadership programs, fostering institutional culture, and encouraging international research collaborations to strengthen identification within educational organizations.
