ÇALIŞMA ORTAMINDA ALGILANAN İŞ STRESİNİN İŞGÖRENLER ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Year 2020, Volume: 2 Issue: 1, 1 - 16, 30.06.2020

Abstract

ilişkilerin incelenmesi, regresyon analizi; hipotezlerin test edilmesi, sobel
testi; aracı değişken etkisinin analizi için yapılmıştır. Ankete 252 (73%)
erkek 108 (27%) kadın beyaz yakalı cevap vermiştir. Anketi cevaplayan
çalışanların 280’i (%65,3) üniversite mezunu iken; 80’i (%20) yüksek lisans
derecesine sahiptir.

EXAMINING OF THE EFFECTS OF PERCEIVED WORK STRESS ON WORKERS IN THE WORK ENVIRONMENT

Year 2020, Volume: 2 Issue: 1, 1 - 16, 30.06.2020

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate how
the stresses experienced by the white collar workers working in production
sector affect their passion and performance and how and in what direction. The
sample group of the study consists of 360 white collar workers in the
production sector. Findings After the factor and reliability analyzes were
performed in IBM SPSS 25 and AMOS programs, correlation analysis was used for
the analysis of the variables examined in the research model; analysis of
relationships between variables, regression analysis; testing hypotheses, sobel
test; mediation variable effect analysis. 252 (73%) males and 108 (27%) females
white-collar answered the questionnaire. 280 (65.3%) of the respondents were
university graduates; 80 (20%) have masters degree. The stress-increasing
factors experienced by employees under intense work tempo and under stress both
decrease their performance and affect their passion for their work negatively.
However, in working conditions where there is no stress, the performances of
employees who are passionate about their jobs are positively affected. The
effect of stress is reflected on performance in working conditions where the
degree of passion for work is dominant. It is concluded that the effect of
stress is not felt even if the employees do their job passionately, even if
they are busy.
