KOBİ’LERDE KURUMSALLAŞMANIN FİRMA PERFORMANSI ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, kurumsallaşmanın firma performansı üzerindeki etkisini analiz etmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Konya ilinde un sanayi sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerdeki 404 çalışan oluşturmaktadır. Regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre; kurumsallaşmanın firma performansı üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı etkiye sahip olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Benzer şekilde kurumsallaşmanın finansal ve finansal olmayan performans üzerinde de pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Kurumsallaşmanın alt boyutlarından; tutarlılık ve profesyonelliğin finansal performans üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu, ancak kurumsallaşmanın alt boyutlarından şeffaflığın finansal performans üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı ortaya konulmuştur. Diğer yandan, kurumsallaşmanın alt boyutlarından; tutarlılık, şeffaflık ve profesyonelliğin finansal olmayan performans üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu da regresyon analizi sonuçlarından anlaşılmaktadır.

THE EFFECT OF INSTITUTIONALIZATION ON FIRM PERFORMANCE IN SME’S

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of institutionalization on firm performance. The sample of the research consists of 404 employees operating in the flour industry sector in Konya. According to the results of the regression analysis; It has been revealed that institutionalization has a positive and significant effect on firm performance. Similarly, it has been determined that institutionalization has a positive and significant effect on financial and nonfinancial performance. From the sub-dimensions of institutionalization; It has been revealed that consistency and professionalism have a positive and significant effect on financial performance, but transparency, one of the sub-dimensions of institutionalization, does not have a significant effect on financial performance. On the other hand, from the sub-dimensions of institutionalization; It is understood from the results of the regression analysis that consistency, transparency, and professionalism have a positive and significant effect on non-financial performance.
