Dr. Gül Uslu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational Health and Safety at Sinop University, Türkiye. She holds a Ph.D. in Geomatics Engineering and is currently pursuing a second Ph.D. in Occupational Health and Safety at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. Her research interests include multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM), fuzzy logic, geographic information systems (GIS), decision support systems, risk assessment, disaster management, occupational health and safety, and machine learning applications. Her academic research focuses on integrating multi-criteria decision-making methods and spatial analysis techniques into risk analysis, environmental management, and sustainable decision-making processes. She also conducts interdisciplinary research combining artificial intelligence, geographic information systems, and occupational health and safety.
Prof. (FH) PD DI Dr. Maximilian Lackner MBA is technical chemist and process engineer. He has been lecturer at Vienna University of Technology (VUT) since 2005, at JKU (Linz, Austria) since 2014 and at the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien since 2015, where he is leading 2 study programmes, with additional teaching assignments at Arcada University of Applied Sciences (Finland), Junia University of Applied Sciences (France), Xidian University (China) and Comenius University (Slovakia). He studied Technical Chemistry at VUT, where he also earned his PhD degree and completed his habilitation in chemical engineering. He obtained a Global Executive MBA from LIMAK University in Linz, Austria. Between 2004 and 2011 Dr. Lackner has held several senior positions in the petrochemical industry in Europe and Asia. He has founded five companies. His expertise spans process engineering, chemical engineering, gas fermentation technology, climate change mitigation, materials science, proteins for feed/food, with his main research interests being bioplastics (polyhydroxyalkanoates, PHA) and bacterial single cell protein (SCP). At CIRCE Biotechnologie, he is responsible for R&D as CTO.

Öğr. Gör Elif ALTINKAYNAK SARAL, 1986 Terme doğumludur. İlk öğrenimini Sinop’ta, orta ve lise öğrenimini Samsun’da tamamladıktan sonra 2009 yılında Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi, Sağlık Yüksekokulu Hemşirelik Bölümünde mezun olmuştur. Yüksek lisans eğitimini Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi, Temel Tıp Bilimleri Fizyoloji Ana Bilim Dalı’da 2014’te tamamlamıştır. Doktora eğitimine Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi, Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü, Cerrahi Hastalıklar Hemşireliği Anabilim Dalı’nda 2018’de başlamış, doktora eğitimini sürdürmektedir.
2009-2015 yılları arasında hemşire olarak görev yapan Elif ALTINKAYNAK SARAL, 2015 yılından itibaren Sinop Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Hemşirelik Bölümünde Öğr. Gör. olarak göreve başlamış olup halen bu görevini sürdürmektedir.

Prof. Dr. Nurhat ÖZKALAYCI, Sinop Üniversitesi Boyabat İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Dekanı ve Sağlık Yönetimi Bölümü öğretim üyesidir. Lisans ve yüksek lisans eğitimini Marmara Üniversitesi'nde, doktora eğitimini ise Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi'nde Sağlık, Diş Hekimliği ve Ortodonti alanında tamamlamıştır. Teknopark şirket yöneticiliği ve bilimsel dergi baş editörlüğü gibi akademik ve idari görevler üstlenmiş; TEKNOFEST dereceleri başta olmak üzere çeşitli kurum ve kuruluşlar tarafından ödüllendirilmiştir. Hâlen yükseköğretimde kalite güvencesi, sürdürülebilir sağlık sistemleri, yeşil hastaneler ve yapay zekâ temelli yönetişim modelleri üzerine akademik çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir.

Mr. Oyibo Joel Enupe is a master degree holder in Medical Microbiology and Immunology and recently working as lecturer in the department of microbiology at the Nasarawa State College Of Nursing Sciences Lafia, Nigeria. He has 3 years teaching experience in microbiology and his interest expands to Antimicrobial Resistance, phytomedicine, Nanotechnology, Gram-negative bacteria and bacteriophage.
