Ligamentum Flavumu İnvaze Eden ve Ani Gelişen Quadriparezi ile Başvuran Primer Servikal Osteosarkom: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Primer servikal spinal osteosarkomlar oldukça nadir görülen patolojiler olup, nadir olarak ligamentum flavum invazyonu yapmaktadırlar. Servikal bölgenin kompleks anatomik yapısı nedeni ile tümöral dokunun cerrahi rezeksiyon derecesi sınırlıdır. Bu sebeple kötü prognoza sahip tümörlerdir. Bu makalede; 63 yaşında, ani gelişen quadriparezi ile başvuran, ligamentum flavum invazyonu yapmış primer servikal spinal osteosarkom olgusu sunulmuştur. Hastaya subtotal kitle eksizyonu ve neoadjuvan kemoterapi uygulanmış olup, takiplerinde hastanın şikayetleri kısmen gerilemiştir.
