ELIGIBLE PARADIGM FOR THE CHARACTER OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION: MANAGEMENT BY VALUES
Abstract
In recent years, paralel to the socio- economic and technological changes and developments, the paradigma of management changes its direction generally all over the world. Values meanings, attitudes are deep motivators and controllers of human feelings, thinking, speech, and action. In management by values, the primary focus is on developing, maintaining, and ensuring that the organization members have healthy an productive values. Value based production, productivity, decision making, and applied of these, taking on responsibilities of applications, mutually regard in each, competing, trust are key words of management by values. The purpose of this article is to give a new model for operational process in school management. Schools are displaying more complex structures and operations. The expectations of directors of education in every where, teachers, students, and their families towards a school and its administrators are increasing and changing. For the school administrator to be successfull, he/ she must be dressed up with universal ethic values to consider the school as a system of roles and adjust his behaviours by considering the roles and expectations of teachers and other staff. The school administrator must obtain organizational values in order to adapt ownself due to have positive bearing on school management.
