This study is done to determine the factors affecting teachers' job satisfaction. 446 teachers attended to the study. In the research, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Inventory and an Information Form improved by the researcher were used. As a result of the data analyses, the factors affecting the job satisfaction are determined as; marital status, likeness of job, support of managers and colleagues, teaching the students with compliance and behavior problems, pleasure of the school whom working with, livelihood problems, sights about the social repute of teaching as a profession, willing selection of occupation and sights about selecting the job again if there were any chance to change it.
