In this study the damages at the Mevlana Museum and their causes are researched and the precautions to be taken are determined. With this aim, the physical and strength properties of the construction materials used in the structural walls and the domes are obtained. In order to determine the geological and geotechnical structure of the ground where the museum build upon, soil borings and SPT samples are taken at 5 points around the museum. The museum was modeled and analyzed in SAP 2000 software to verify the strength of the structural system and to identify the reasons for the damages. Museum surveying studies are utilized in the analyses. Based on the analysis results, the stresses in the structural system were evaluated and the crack formations were investigated. The walls and arches have cracks due to different settlements at the museum foundations. As the strengthening method of the foundation, the "Uretek" ground strengthening method which can be applied while the museum functions was suggested.

Çözümde müze ile ilgili yapylan rölöve çaly?malary kullanylmy?tyr. Bu çözüm ile ta?yyycy sistemde olu?an gerilmeler de?erlendirilmi?, müzede olu?an çatlaklarla kar?yla?tyrylmy?tyr. Müze temellerinde farkly oturmaya ba?ly duvar ve kemerlerde çatlamalar meydana gelmi?tir. Temel iyile?tirme yöntemi olarak müzenin fonksiyonu devam ederken uygulanabilen, Üretek zemin iyile?tirme yöntemi önerilmi?tir.
