This research is related to comparative analysis and researching on methods and techniques of preliminary violin training which are applied in faculty of education, fine arts department music teaching in USA and state conservatory that provide Turkish music training. The research is a descriptive study in general scanning model based on context determination; source/document scanning method is applied in acquiring qualitative data and survey method which is in sample group is applied to determine instructors' view in acquiring quantitive data. In the evaluation of survey related to areas % and f are utilized and in comparative analysis Ki-square test is utilized. The results differ greatly between the two institutions have been identified since the violin teaching in general, internationally accepted methods of teaching the violin since the conduct of the Turkish music has been proposed to be useful.

Ara?tyrmanyn sonucunda; iki kurum arasynda ba?langyç keman ö?retiminin büyük ölçüde farklylyklar gösterdi?i tespit edilmi? ve genel anlamda ba?langyç Türk müzi?i keman ö?retiminin de uluslar arasy kabul edilen metodlarla yürütülmesinin yararly olaca?y önerisinde bulunulmu?tur.
