Abstract

Çalışma örgütte uygulanan insan kaynakları stratejilerini stratejik planlama ve stratejik yönetim kavramları ile ele almaktadır. Bu açıdan öncelikle insan kaynakları ve insan kaynakları yönetimi kavramları irdelenmiş, insan kaynakları yönetiminin geçirdiği evrelere yer verilmiştir. Ardından strateji, stratejik planlama ve stratejik yönetim kavramlarının içeriğine ve geçmişten günümüze geçirdikleri aşamalara değinilmiş, son olarak da insan kaynakları stratejileri hem stratejik planlama hem de stratejik yönetim açısından ele alınmıştır.

Abstract

This study deals the human resources strategies applied in organizations with the concepts of strategic planning and strategic management.In this respect, firstly the concepts of human resources and human resources management and the stages of human resources management are explicated. After, the contents of the concepts of strategy, strategic planning and strategic management are mentioned and finally human resources strategies are dealed with both strategic planning and strategic management
