Abstract
İnsan kaynakları planlaması, bir örgütün gereksinim duyduğu, nicelik yönünden yeterli, nitelik yönünden geçerli, görevler yönünden tutarlı, zamanlama yönünden uygun, ekonomik yönden hesaplı insan kaynaklarının elde edilmesi süreci olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Spor işletmelerinin çok yönlü işlevlerinin sağlıklı değerlendirilmesi açısından istihdam edilen personelin spor eğitimi almış kişilerden oluşması gerekliliği vazgeçilmez bir zorunluluk olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Spor işletmelerinde spor bilgi ve kültürüne sahip kişilerin istihdamının sağlanması işletmenin karlılığını ve verimliliğini artırmakla birlikte spor kültürünün ve bilincinin gelişmesine de katkıda bulunacaktır. Spor işletmelerinde insan kaynaklarının planlanmasını amaçlayan bu çalışmada insan kaynaklarının spor işletmeleri kapsamında planlanmasına yönelik teorik bir çerçeve oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
Human resources planning is described as the process of acquiring human resources which is adequate in terms of quantity, valid in terms of quality, consistent in terms of duties, appropriate in terms of timing and economic in terms of economy. The necessity of composing the employed personnel of people who have received sports training in order to evaluate the multidirectional functions of sports enterprises thoroughly comes forth as an indispensable requirement. The employment of people with sports knowledge and culture in sports enterprises will not only increase the determination and productivity of the enterprise, but also contribute to the development of sports culture and awareness.In this study conducted with the aim of planning human resources in sports enterprises, a theoretical framework for human resources planning in the context of sports enterprises has been tried to be engendered.
