Abstract

In this study, it has been tried to investigate the factors that cause satisfaction in the career for high school teachers, whose work in Giresun City. Because of the research datas look binary, it was used to logistic regression analysis (logit). The results show that the first factor of not untake pleasure on their job is wanted to reform themselves for job. Although many factors, which reduce job satisfaction, have an important effect in different jobs, these factors have no important effect on teachers

LOJİSTİK REGRESYON ANALİZİ İLE ÖĞREMENLERİN MESLEKİ TÜKENMİŞLİKLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR UYGULAMA

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Giresun ilinde görevlerini yapan lise öğretmenlerin, mesleklerinden haz alıp almamalarına sebep olan etkenler incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Veriler binary (ikili) durumda olduğu için çalışma lojistik regresyon analizi (logit) yardımıyla sonuçlandırılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda öğretmenlerin mesleklerinden haz almamalarını etkileyen faktörlerin başında, öğretmenin kendini sürekli yenileme isteğinin olması faktörünün olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, farklı meslekler için mesleki tatmini azaltan birçok değişkenin öğretmenler için önemli bir etkiye sahip olmadığı da fark edilmiştir
