Güvenlikten Küresel Ekolojik Dayanışmaya: Çevresel Kaygılar ve Anarşizm

Abstract

Bu makale, çevresel kaygıların güvenlik çerçevesinde ele alınmasını eleştirmekte; güvenlik kavramı ve ekolojik meseleler üzerine anarşist bir perspektif sunmaktadır. Güvenlik odaklı yaklaşımlardan dayanışma temelli çabalara bir dönüşümü savunan makale, düşünme ve eylem için alternatif bir çerçeve olarak Küresel Ekolojik Dayanışma’yı (Global Ecological Solidarity - GES) önermektedir. Makale, güvenliğin istisna mantığına karşı hiyerarşik olmayan ve kapsayıcı bir yönelim olarak inşa ettiği GES’i, güvenlik odaklı kavramlara normatif ve analitik bir alternatif olarak öne sürmektedir. Bilhassa Kropotkin, Reclus ve Bookchin’in çalışmaları esas alınarak anarşist düşünce temelinde inşa edilen GES, ekolojik değerlere dayanan, devlet-dışı ve ulusötesi dayanışma biçimlerini inceleyen bir araştırma programı olarak da önerilmektedir.

From Security to Global Ecological Solidarity: Environmental Concerns and Anarchism

Abstract

This article critiques the treatment of environmental concerns through the lens of security and offers an anarchist perspective on the concept of security and ecological issues. It argues for a shift from security-focused approaches to solidarity-based endeavours and introduces Global Ecological Solidarity (GES) as an alternative framework for thinking and acting. GES functions as a normative and analytical alternative to concepts such as environmental, climate, and ecological security, replacing security’s logic of exception with a non-hierarchical and inclusive orientation. Grounded in the anarchist thought of Kropotkin, Reclus, and Bookchin, GES is also proposed as a research programme on transnational, non-state solidarities based on ecological values.
