Applıcatıon Of Generıc Model Control To The Polymerızatıon Reactor
Abstract
Generic control method is applied to track precalculated optimal temperature trajectories obtained for different initiator initiation concentration in a batch styrene polymerization reactor. The performance of the generic controller is tested by comparing the desired % convergen and Molecular Weight (Mw). In spite of the nonlinear dynamics of the polymerization reactor system the Generic controller seems to provide a good and effective control.
