Dust Explosıon Phenomena In Mechanıcal Industry And Atex Instructıons

Abstract

Developing industries are always come across several type of problems. Various problems 

can be easily solved which might occur between the beginning of supply trend up to manufacturing point. 

At the solution cycle, human health is so important. Dusts which do arise during the production will end 

with annoying results. “Dust Explosion” will be hazardous to operators and environment. Industrial dust 

explosion will be riscky during production, stocking and transportation. As a result of dust explosion, the 

heat with high pressure will cause rather heavy injuries. Dust Explosion is not very well known at our 

country. In this work importance, description, occurance, characteristics, prevention methods has been 

handled.

Abstract

Gelişen sanayilerde, malzemeden işlemeye kadar, kişilerin sağlıkları ve yaşamları da ayrı bir önem taşıdığı için, işlemler sırasında oluşan tozlar ve daha sonra toz bulutlarının neden olduğu sorunlara gereken önem verilmezse üzücü sonuçlar doğurabilir. “Toz Patlaması” oluştuğunda çalışanlara ve ortama verilen geri dönüşü olmayan hasarlar üretim maliyetini artırır. Endüstriyel toz patlamaları üretim, depolama ve malzeme taşınması sırasında risk oluştururlar. Patlama sırasında ortaya çıkan ısı, yüksek basınçlara neden olduğundan çalışanlara ve ekipmana hasar vererek üretimi kesintiye uğratır. Ülkemiz endüstrisinde toz patlamasının çok iyi bilindiği ve analizinin yapıldığını söylemek oldukça zordur. Bu çalışmada, toz patlamasının önemi, tanımı, oluşumu, özellikleri, korunma/önleme yolları ve yapılması gereken tavsiyeler üzerine durulmuştur.
