In this study, heating values determination of Pinus buritia Ten. Biomass, whose most large allocation of the world is in Turkey, were done. Firstly, humidity, volatile matter and ash values of the samples were determined. Than, body woods’ and shells’ heating value were determined according to height. Results show that heating value of the samples are approximately 27 MJ/kg and independent from height. The most high heating value was measured as 29,7 MJ/kg at pine cone. Heating value changing with height and radius was determined as mathematically.
