Elazıg-Kefdag Kromıtlerînîn Multî Gra Vıte Separa Tor Île Zengînleştirîlmesı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Elazığ-Kefclağ yöresi h-omitlerinin Multi Gravite Separatör ile

zengmleşîiriîehiîme olanakları araşîırümışîır. Peîrografik ve mineraîojik incelemeler başlıca

bileşenlerinin kromiî, oîivin ve piroksen oîdugunu ortaya koymîiyîur. Zenginleştirme

çahfmalarmm sonuçları % 52. 14 CrjOj içeren satılabilir konsantrenin % 69. 57 verimle elde

edilebileceğim göstermektedir. Optimum deney koşulları; yıkama suyu: 3 î/dk, genlik: l5mm,

çalkalama hızı: 4. 8 cps, açı: f ve tambur hm: 220 rpm olarak belirlenmiftir.

Abstract

in this study, the possibility of benefıciation of Eîazığ-Kefdağ region's

chromiîe by Multî-Gravity Separator was invesîigaîed. Peîroîogical and mineralogicaî

anaîyses of the sampîes have shown thaî major consîituents were chromite. oîivine and

pyroxene. The results of benefıciation studies showed that, the concentrate îo be sold

conlaining 52. 14% Cr^Oj was obtamable with 69. 57% recovery. The optimum operation

parameîers determinedfor concentration ofchromiîe ores are asfoîîows; wüshwater flowrate

of 3 1/min, shake amplitude oflSmm, shake frequency of 4. 8 cps, till angle of 4° and drum

&peed of 220 rpm.
