İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi Alanının Türkiye’deki Gelişim Çizgisi: Yönetim Organizasyon Kongreleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Öz

Bu araştırmada, Türkiye’de gelişen insan kaynakları yönetimi literatürü, özellikle 1980’lerden itibaren alanda ortaya çıkan değişimlerle etkileşimi bağlamında incelenmektedir. Çalışmada öncelikle insan kaynakları yönetiminin ABD kökenli gelişim çizgisi tanıtılmakta daha sonra da söz konusu disiplinin Türkiye’de izlediği sürece yer verilmektedir. İçerik analizine dayanan araştırmanın örneklemini ulusal yönetim organizasyon kongrelerinde sunulan bildiriler oluşturmaktadır

Öz

In this study, human resource management literature in Turkey is reviewed by means of some different theoretical perspectives which began to emerge since 1980’s. Historical background of human resource management concept in USA and in Turkey are explained. Research methodology is based on content analysis and the sample covers studies which are presented in national management and organization congress.
