Sağlık Kurumlarında Sürdürülebilir Liderlik ve Yeşil İnovasyon Arasındaki İlişkide Yeşil İnsan Kaynaklarının Aracı Rolü

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlık kurumlarında sürdürülebilir liderlik ile yeşil inovasyon arasındaki ilişkide yeşil insan kaynakları yönetiminin aracı etkisini tespit etmektir. Çalışma, İstanbul’da bulunan bir özel sağlık grubuna ait hastanelerde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın örneklemini 403 yönetici oluşturmaktadır. Yapılan analizlere göre sürdürülebilir liderlik yeşil inovasyon ve yeşil insan kaynakları yönetimini pozitif olarak etkilemektedir. Ayrıca sürdürülebilir liderliğin yeşil inovasyon üzerindeki etkisinde yeşil insan kaynakları yönetiminin kısmi aracılık etkisinin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen bu bulgular yeşil inovasyon, yeşil insan kaynakları yönetimi ve sürdürülebilir liderlik özelliklerinin sağlık kurumları yöneticilerinin çevresel sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerine ulaşmaları için kritik öneme sahip olduğunu göstermektedir.

The Mediating Role of Green Human Resources in the Relationship Between Sustainable Leadership and Green Innovation in Healthcare Institutions

Öz

The aim of this study is to determine the mediating effect of green human resources management on the relationship between sustainable leadership and green innovation in healthcare institutions. The study was conducted in hospitals belonging to a private healthcare group located in Istanbul. The sample of the study consists of 403 managers. According to the analyses, sustainable leadership positively affects green innovation and green human resources management. Furthermore, it was concluded that green human resources management has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between sustainable leadership and green innovation. These findings indicate that green innovation, green human resources management, and sustainable leadership are of critical importance for healthcare institution managers to achieve their environmental sustainability goals.
