Abstract

Ergonomi; insanın fizyolojik, psikolojik, sosyolojik, anatomik ve antropometrik açıdan inceleyen, iş ve çalışma koşularını insana uyumlu hâle getiren disiplinler arası bir bilim dalıdır. Gönümüzden üretime bağlı sektörel ilişkiler ve rekabetler insanın iş performansını, iş yükünü etkileyen faktörler kapsamında tehlikeli durum ve davranışlar ile ortaya çıkan tehlikeler, riskler, kazalar, yaralanmalar ve meslek hastalıklarının ergonomik hataların ve yaralanmaların maliyeti oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmada iş performansını azaltan ergonomik faktörler incelenerek, iş, çalışma ortamı ve bunların etkileri sonucunda ortaya çıkan ergonomik hatalar irdelenmiştir.
