Influence of Healthcare Regulations Applied After Health Transformation Program on Financial Structures of University Hospitals
Abstract
Healthcare regulations are a policy tool that the public sector uses to finance and provide health care. The purpose of the study is to examine the transformation of health regulations in Turkey after the Health Transformation Program (2003) and the effects of the Communiqué on Healthcare Practices on the financial structure of the university hospitals with the financial statement analysis. In the study, the funding of the health care system will be dealt with in outline, and the Health Transformation Policy will be examined in terms of financial Statement belonging to the universities.
