Stratejik Uyumlaşma Olgunluk Ölçeğinin Türkçeye Uyarlanması

Abstract

Destek fonksiyonu olmanın ötesinde, işetmelere
rekabet avantajı sağlamaya başlayan Bilti Teknolojileri, aynı zamanda işletme
stratejilerini de önemli ölçüde etkileyerek yön verebilmektedir. Ne var ki
Bilgi Teknolojileri stratejilerinin işletme stratejileri uyumlu bir şekilde
çalışmamaları, rekabet avantajından çok işletmeye zarar verir hale
gelebilmektedir. Bilgi Teknolojileri’nin etkin kullanımı için bir çok model
geliştirilmiş olmakla birlikte, stratejik uyumlaşmayı ölçebilecek bir yöntem ya
da ölçek Türkçe’de bulunmamaktadır.Bu çalışmada, Bilgi Teknolojileri
stratejilerinin işletme stratejileri ile uyumlaşma seviyesini ölçebilecek ve
aynı zamanda da bu uyumlaşmanın sağlanmasına yardımcı olabilecek bir araç
olarak da kullanılabilen Stratejik Uyumlaşma Olgunluk Modeli (SAMM) ölçeği,
güvenilirlik ve geçerlilik testleri yapılarak Türkçe’ye uyarlanmştır.

Adaptation of Strategic Alignment Maturity Model (SAMM) Into Turkish

Abstract










Beyond being a support function,
Information Technologies, which has started to provide a competitive advantage
to businesses, can also lead to a significant impact on business strategies.
However, information technology strategies, not aligned with business
strategies may create more damage then competitive advantage. Although a number
of models have been developed for the effective use of Information Technologies
in an organization, a method or scale that can be used to measure the strategic
alignment between business and information technology strategies is not
available in Turkish. In this study, Strategic Alignment Maturity Model (SAMM)
scale which can also be used as a tool to improve the level of alignment
between Information Technology and business strategies, was adapted in to
Turkish.
