Tedarik Zincirinde Depolama Sorununun Çözümünün Önemi: Sanayide Bir Vaka Çalışması

Abstract

Bu makale, bir tekstil firması, bir konfeksiyon şirketi ve bir kâğıt fabrikası olmak üzere üç fabrikanın düzenleri ve süreçlerine yönelik derinlemesine bir analiz ve optimizasyon sunmaktadır. Çalışma, yalın üretim prensiplerini ve her tesisin özel gereksinimlerine uygun verimlilik artırma stratejilerini vurgulamaktadır. Verimsizlikleri belirlemek, yeniden tasarım önerileri sunmak ve iyileştirmeleri göstermek amacıyla spagetti diyagramları ve yerleşim görselleştirmeleri kullanılmaktadır. Veri toplama, analiz ve simülasyonları içeren kapsamlı bir metodoloji uygulanmaktadır. Çalışma, süreç akışı verimliliğinde ve genel alan kullanımında ölçülebilir iyileştirmelerle sonuçlanarak üretim ve lojistik etkinliğinde önemli kazanımlar sağlandığını ortaya koymaktadır. Tekstil ve kâğıt üretim sektörlerinde yapılan hedeflenmiş yerleşim optimizasyonları, operasyonel verimliliği önemli ölçüde artırmış; hareket mesafelerini, malzeme taşıma sürelerini ve maliyetleri %20-50 oranında azaltırken üretim kapasitesini ve envanter devir hızını yükseltmiştir. Bu sonuçlar, yalın prensiplerin tedarik zinciri performansını iyileştirmede ve endüstriyel verimliliği en üst düzeye çıkarmada ne denli etkili olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.

The Importance of Solving Storage Problem in Supply Chain: A Case Study in Industry

Abstract

This paper presents an in-depth analysis and optimization of the layouts and processes of three factories: A textile firm, a garment company, and a paper company. The study emphasizes lean manufacturing principles and efficiency enhancement strategies tailored to each facility's unique requirements. The work utilizes spaghetti diagrams and layout visualizations to identify inefficiencies, propose redesigns, and showcase improvements. A comprehensive methodology involving data collection, analysis, and simulations is applied. The study concludes with measurable improvements in process flow efficiency and overall space utilization, demonstrating significant gains in production and logistics effectiveness. Targeted layout optimizations across the textile and paper production sectors significantly improved operational efficiency, reducing movement distances, material handling times, and costs by 20-50% while enhancing production capacity and inventory turnover. These results underscore the effectiveness of lean principles in streamlining supply chain performance and maximizing industrial productivity.
