Asteraceae Familyasına Ait Beş Türün Karyolojik Yönden İncelenmesi

Abstract

Asteraceae familyası hem dünyada hem de ülkemizde geniş cins ve tür zenginliğine sahip bitki familyaları arasında yer almaktadır. Bu öneme binaen bu büyük ve önemli aileye ait beş farklı cinsten beş farklı türün (Pulicaria vulgaris (L.) Gaertner, Picris strigosa Bieb., Cichorium intybus L., Lactuca viminea (L.) J. Presl & C. Presl ve Chondrilla juncea L.) Feulgen boyama tekniği kullanılarak kromozom sayımı ve detaylı karyotip analizleri yapılmıştır. Bu araştırma sonuçlarına göre; Cichorium intybus, Pulicaria vulgaris ve Lactuca viminea türleri n=9, Picris strigosa ise n=5 somatik kromozom seti içermektedir ve diploittir, Chondrilla juncea türü ise n=5 kromozom seti içermektedir ve triploid olarak tespit edilmiştir.

Karyological Investigation of Five Species of the Asteraceae Family

Abstract

The Asteraceae family is among the plant families with a wide genus and species richness both in the world and in our country. Due to this importance, chromosome counting and detailed karyotype analyzes of five different species from five different genera (Pulicaria vulgaris (L.) Gaertner, Picris strigosa Bieb., Cichorium intybus L., Lactuca viminea (L.) J. Presl & C. Presl ve Chondrilla juncea L.) belonging to this large and important family were performed using the Feulgen staining technique. According to the results of this research; Cichorium intybus, Pulicaria vulgaris and Lactuca viminea species contain n=9, Picris strigosa contain n=5 somatic chromosome sets and are diploid, Chondrilla juncea species, on the other hand, contains n=5 chromosome sets and was determined as triploid.
