SAMSUN İLİ BAFRA İLÇESİ’NDE BEYAZ BAŞ LAHANA ALANLARINDA SİYAH DAMAR ÇÜRÜKLÜK ETMENİ (XANTHOMONAS CAMPESTRIS PV. CAMPESTRIS [(PAMMEL 1895) DOWSON 1939]’NİN BELİRLENMESİ

Öz

Bafra Ovası’nda 2003-2004 yılları arasında beyaz baş lahana yetiştirilen alanlarda siyah damar çürüklük etmeni
olan Xanthomonas campestrıs pv. campestris’in belirlenmesine yönelik bir survey çalışması yapılmıştır. Survey sonunda 10 adet izolat, X. campestris pv. campestris olarak teşhis edilmiştir. İzolatların tanısı için patojenite testi, tütünde aşırı duyarlılık testi ve biyokimyasal testler yapılmıştır. Hastalık şiddeti olarak en yüksek oran % 41.6 ile Kuşçular Köyü’nde tespit edilmiştir.
