ÇANAKKALE BOĞAZI’NDAKİ İSKORPİT BALIĞI (Scorpaena porcus LINNEAUS, 1758)’NIN BAZI BİYOKİMYASAL KAN PARAMETRELERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Öz

Bu çalışmada, Çanakkale Boğazı’ndan elde edilen 312 adet iskorpit balığı Scorpaena porcus (Linnaeus, 1758) türünün bazı biyokimyasal kan parametre standartlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. İncelenen biyokimyasal kan parametrelerinden glukoz (GLU), kolesterol (CHOL), trigliserit (TG), toplam protein (TP), albümin (ALB), globülin (GLO), kreatinin (CRE), ürik asit (ÜA), üre ve kan üre nitrojeni (BUN) değerlerinin ortalamaları sırasıyla 120,6±4,3200 mgdL-1, 46,1±1,9791 mgdL-1, 65,0±2,5467 mgdL-1, 3,1±0,0464 gdL-1, 1,1±0,0238 gdL-1, 1,98±0,0415 gdL-1, 0,38±0,0072 mgdL-1, 1,81±0,0528 mgdL-1, 7,05±0,1965 mgdL-1, 3,29±0,0916 mgdL-1 olarak belirlenmiştir. Ortalama deniz suyu sıcaklığı 17,07±1,77 oC ve tuzluluğu ‰ 30,13±0,28 olarak tespit edilmiştir.
