ERGİN YAŞI VE KONUKÇU TÜRÜNÜN PARAZİTOİT Bracon hebetor (SAY) (HYMENOPTERA: BRACONIDAE)’ UN GELİŞME SÜRESİNE ETKİSİ

Öz

Bu çalışmada, iki konukçu türü Galleria mellonella (L., 1758) ve Ephestia kuehniella (Zell., 1879)’nın parazitoit Bracon hebetor (Say, 1836)’da yaşa bağlı olarak, gelişme süresine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Denemeler, 262 oC sıcaklık, % 605 bağıl nem içeren ve sürekli olarak 20 watlık floresan ampulle aydınlatılan laboratuvar şartlarında yapıldı. Konukçu türünün ve parazitoitin yaşının, B. hebetor’un ergin öncesi gelişim süresini etkilediği belirlendi. G. mellonella üzerinde yetiştirilen ergin parazitoitlerden elde edilen yumurtalarda, yumurtadan ergine kadar olan gelişim süresi, 11-13 gün, E. kuehniella üzerinde yetiştirilen parazitoitlerden elde edilenlerde ise, 12-14 gün oldu. Ergin parazitoit yaşlandıkça, her iki konukçu türünde parazitoidin ergin öncesi gelişim süresi uzamıştır.

Öz

Bu çalışmada, iki konukçu türü Galleria mellonella (L., 1758) ve Ephestia kuehniella (Zell., 1879)’nın parazitoit Bracon hebetor (Say, 1836)’da yaşa bağlı olarak, gelişme süresine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Denemeler, 26±2 oC sıcaklık, % 60±5 bağıl nem içeren ve sürekli olarak 20 watlık floresan ampulle aydınlatılan laboratuvar şartlarında yapıldı. Konukçu türünün ve parazitoitin yaşının, B. hebetor’un ergin öncesi gelişim süresini etkilediği belirlendi. G. mellonella üzerinde yetiştirilen ergin parazitoitlerden elde edilen yumurtalarda, yumurtadan ergine kadar olan gelişim süresi, 11-13 gün, E. kuehniella üzerinde yetiştirilen parazitoitlerden elde edilenlerde ise, 12-14 gün oldu. Ergin parazitoit yaşlandıkça, her iki konukçu türünde parazitoidin ergin öncesi gelişim süresi uzamıştır
