Abstract

The famous Diwan poet Nasimi is an important person who took over the duty of being a pioneer missionary and an avant-garde caliph of the Hurufi action. This great poet, too, is a very strong poet of the Quran. His direct and indirect quotations from the Quran for his poems are too much to count. Unfortunately he used his poetic power and his deep acquaintance with the Quran to support the Hurufi action that is, by a general statement, of the secrecy of letters and numbers. As a matter of fact this study puts forward how the requirements of the Hajj prayer was manipulated to support the Hurufi action in Nasimi poems.

İslâm’ın Solunda Bir Kur’an Şâiri: Nesîmî ve Hac Motifleri

Abstract

Ünlü Dîvan şairi Nesîmî, Hurûfîlik davasının önde gelen davetçisi ve halifesi olma görevini yüklenmiş çok önemli bir şahsiyettir. Bu büyük şâir, aynı zamanda çok yoğun bir Kur’an şâiridir. Şiirlerinde Kur’an’dan yaptığı dolaylı ve doğrudan alıntılar sayılamayacak kadar çoktur. Yazık ki Nesîmî, hem şairlik gücünü hem de Kur’an’la olan derin aşinalığını, kabaca tarifiyle harf ve sayı gizemciliği olan Hurûfîlik akımını desteklemek üzere kullanmaktadır. Nitekim bu makale, çok önemli bir İslâmî fariza olan “Hac” motifinin, Hurûfîliği desteklemek için nasıl manipüle edildiğini ortaya koymaya çalışmaktadır.
