“İmamlar/Halifeler Kureyş’tendir” İddiasının Kritiği

Abstract

Bu makale, Sakife’deki başkanlık müzakereleri sırasında Ebû Bekir tarafından söylendiği iddia edilen “İmamlar Kureyş’tendir” sözünün Hz. Peygamber tarafından söylenip söylenmediğini ele almaktadır. Erken dönemden itibaren kaynaklarda yer alan bu sözün, Sakîfe’deki toplantıda değil Emevilerin kuruluş yıllarında Şia’nın imametin Ehl-i Beyt’e ait olduğu inancından devşirilerek, önce Ehl-i Beyt yerine Kureyş kavramının monte edildiği, müteakiben de imamet kavramının çıkarılıp “Halife’nin Kureyş’ten olduğu” formuna dönüştürüldüğü sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Halifelik kurumunun sanıldığı gibi başlangıçta dini bir mahiyeti yoktu. Ancak Emeviler döneminden itibaren dinî bir misyona dönüştürülmüş, müteakiben bu yapı Abbâsîler tarafından da benimsenmiştir. Emeviler ve Abbâsilerin bu kuruma dinî kimlik kazandırma çabalarının arkasında Ehl-i Beyt’in ve mevalinin yönetim veya yöneticilik taleplerini öteleme gibi bir saikin etkili olduğunu anlıyoruz.

The Criticism of the Pretense “The Imams/Caliphs are from Quraysh”

Abstract

This article will discuss whether The Prophet Muhammad said  the word ‘‘The Imams Are From Quraysh ‘’ which  has been alleged that Abu Bakr said  during the presidental debates in Sakife  or not. It has been clearly understood that this word which is in existence in texts  from the early period has taken its source from idea which  the imamate of  the Shi’a is belong to Family of the House /Ah al- Bayt, not in Sakife meeting, but in the establishment year of Umayyads, and Quraysh has been used  the term instead of Ah al- Bayt. After that, the term  imamate has been eliminated and this term has been transformed into the  word ‘’ Caliph is from Quraysh’’. At first the institution of caliphate has supposedly not had a religious character, but  the mentioned one has been converted to a religious function as from Umayyads, , and ıt also has been assimilated by Abbâsîds. It is clear that a motive to put off the demand for administration or governship of Mevali and Ah al- Bayt lies behind the effort of Umayyads and Abbâsîds to identify this institution as religious.
