The Copyright Agreement Form must be signed with a blue pen and uploaded to the system as a PDF. The form can be filled out in separate copies by authors from different institutions. However, all signatures must be signed with a blue pen and combined as a SINGLE PDF, and uploaded to the system. Authors own the copyright of their work published in the journal, and their work is published under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license. The author(s) retains unrestricted copyrights and publishing rights.

By submitting their work to the journal, the authors are deemed to have accepted the following conditions.


1. The copyright of the published article belongs to its author under CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
2. The authors authorize this Journal to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.
