Abstract

We present an iatrogenic ureteric injury diagnosed five months after a lumbar disc opera¬tion in a 42 year-old woman with solitary kidney. We excised the injured segment of the ureter and performed a uretero-ureterostomy.

Lumbar disk operasyonundan 5 ay sonra iyatrojenik ureter yaralanması tanısı konan, soliter böbrekli 42 yaşındaki bir kadın olgu sunuldu. Yaralanan üreter segmenti eksize edildi ve üretero-üreterostomi yapıldı.
