SUMMARY
The effect of surgical stress on the level of prolactin and cortisol in vaijjninai and vaginal hysterectomies.
In our study, we compared the effects of surgical stress on the level of prolaction and Cortisol in abdominal and vaginal hysterectomies. In the levels of these hormones, which are indicators of stress, we found that in abdominal hysterectomies there was more increase than in vaginal hysterectomies.
Özet
Çalışmamızda, abdominal ve vajinal histerektomilerde cerrahi stresin kan prolaktin ve kortizol düzeyleri üzerine olan etkilerini karşılaştırdık. Stresin göstergesi olan bu hormonların düzeyinde, abdominal histerektomilerde vajinal histerektomilerdekinden daha fazla bir artış olduğunu saptadık.
