Ondokuz Mayıs University Journal of Engineering Sciences and Technology (OMUJEST) is an international peer-reviewed journal that aims to disseminate scientific knowledge produced in the fields of engineering sciences and technology. The journal seeks to publish original research articles that contribute to the literature by evaluating theoretical, experimental, and applied studies conducted in different sub-disciplines of engineering. OMUJEST accepts manuscript submissions in both Turkish and English.

OMUJEST is published in two issues per year, in March and September. In each issue, studies are evaluated within the framework of the following main disciplinary groups, with due consideration to thematic coherence:

• Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering
• Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geophysical Engineering, Geomatics Engineering
• Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Materials Engineering

In addition to the aforementioned fields, studies from other engineering disciplines are also considered, provided that they are consistent with the aims and scope of the journal. Manuscripts submitted to the journal are subject to peer review, and it is aimed that the initial feedback, together with the peer-review process, be provided within 45 days at the latest following submission. The journal does not charge authors any fee for the evaluation and publication processes.
