Abstract

Post Keynesian view, which has emerged as a new approach to the economy, evolves as an alternative approach to the economic policies of Orthodox economic thought. However, with its evolving methodological and comprehensive structure, it continues to develop as an original positive school of thought. Post Keynesian economics deals with real economic problems in the world where uncertainty prevails while analyzing the economy. Thus, Post Keynesians try to explain how the economy works and how it should operate. Post Keynesians express the importance of historical time and expectations in this process in which uncertainty prevails. In this study, the fundamental propositions and methodological structure of Post Keynesian economics, which are not known in the literature, will be explained. In doing so, the methodological structure of Post Keynesian economics will be compared with the methodological structure of the neoclassical economics.

Post Keynesyen Ekonominin Metodolojik Temelleri

Year 2020, , 147 - 160, 15.01.2020
