Abstract

Bu çalışma, sosyal devletin üzerine inşa edildiği ekonomi-politik temel ile sosyal devleti aşındıran yeni ekonomi-politik bağlamı tahlil ederek sosyal devletin geçici (dönemsel) doğasını göstermeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma, sosyo-ekonomik yapının çeşitli unsurlarını sosyal devletle ilişkileri bakımından irdelemektedir.
