Year 2018, Volume: 8 Issue: 15, 1005 - 1021, 31.08.2018

Abstract

Psikolojik danışmanların yaşadığı tükenmişlik
duygusunun hangi durumlarda ortaya çıktığını belirlemek amacıyla yapılan bu
araştırmada 23 psikolojik danışman ile görüşülmüştür. Araştırmada ‘durum
çalışması deseni’ kullanılmıştır. Görüşme formunda beş açık uçlu soru
sorulmuştur. Psikolojik danışmanlara, okulda karşılaştıkları durumların kişisel
yaşamlarına etkileri, okulda çalıştıkları süreçte “yorgun- bitkin”
hissettikleri durumlara, stres yaşadıkları durumlara, fiziksel olarak
kendilerini iyi hissetmedikleri zamanlara, kendilerini yetersiz hissettikleri
durumlara örnek vermeleri ile ilgili sorular sorulmuştur. Çalışmada amaçlı
örnekleme yöntemiyle İstanbul ilinde görev yapan 23 psikolojik danışmana
ulaşılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu oluşturan psikolojik danışmanlardan 8’i erkek,
15’ i kadındır. Elde edilen bulgular ışığında psikolojik danışmanların
sorunlarını eve taşıdıkları, ailelerine vakit ayıramadıkları; öğrenciler ile
ilgili çözümü zor problemlerde ve görevlerinin dışında işler yaptıkları zaman
kendilerini bitkin hissettikleri, ailelerle problem yaşadıklarında,
idarecilerin işlerine karıştıkları zaman kendilerini stresli hissettikleri,
somatik baş ağrıları yaşadıkları, travma, öfke ve kriz durumlarında, danışanda
ilerleme olmadığında kendilerini yetersiz hissettikleri belirlenmiştir.
Araştırmanın sonuçları literatür kapsamında tartışılmış ve önerilerde
bulunulmuştur.
