Oral cancers are ranked 6th among cancers seen all over the body. Recently, incidence of these cancers has increased due to alcohol and tobacco habit. The most common malignant tumors in oral region are squamous cell carcinomas. The remaining part consists of salivary gland carcinomas, soft tissue sarcomas, malignant melanoma, non Hodgin lymphoma and the other malignant tumors. Diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of such patients are possible with the contribution of dentist, radiologist, pathologist, jaw surgeon, oncologist and other medical branches. In this case report, 12 patients who have diagnosed with oral canser and treated between 2016-2019 in our clinic. The surgical approaches and reconstruction methods will be reported. Multidisciplinary approach has an important role in diagnosis and treatment of oral cancers. After diagnosis surgical operation and reconstructive surgery should be performed immediately. If necessary, patient maintenance should be provided with radiotherapy-chemotherapy applications.
