Digital technologies have become an integral part of daily life, leading to a significant increase in children's screen time and shaping both their entertainment and learning processes. However, excessive screen use may have negative impacts on individuals' physical and psychological health. Therefore, the conscious and balanced use of digital technologies is essential for safeguarding individual well-being and maintaining a healthy, productive lifestyle.
