Post Spinal Başağrısı İle Ayırıcı Tanıya Giren Arterivenöz Malformasyonlu Hastamız

Öz

Baş ağrısı spinal anestezi sonrası sık karşılaşılan bir problemdir. Biz burada postspinal baş ağrılı hastamızın ayırıcı tanısını sunmayı amaçladık. Hastamız bilateral varikosel nedeni ile opere edilen genç hasta idi. Preoperatif tespit edilen herhangi bir patolojisi yoktu. Postspinal baş ağrısı olması üzerine tedavi başlandı. Ancak tedaviye cevap vermedi ve ağrı daha yaygın karakter kazandı. Bunun üzerine ayırıcı tanı için MR çekildi ve arteriovenöz malformasyon (AVM) tespit edildi. Hastaya beyin cerrahisi tarafından embolizasyon uygulandı.

Differential Diagnosis of Postspinal Headache and Unrupture Arteriovenos Malformation and our the Patient

Abstract

Headache is common problem after postspinal anestesia. We are aim to present that differential diagnosis of our patient with postspinal headache. Our patient, young man, was operated cause of bilateral varikosel. There was no other disease in the pre-operative examination. Treatment was began. But there is not response to treatment also the pain became more several. Upon this, MR was performed for differential diagnosis and arteriovenöz malformation detected. AVM of the patient was embolized by a neurosurgeon. Postspinal headache should be followed closely in patients, we should been performed differential diagnosis when patients are not response to treatment.
