Successful treatment of right ventricular rupture after radiofrequency catheter ablation with ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate

Abstract

Radyofrekans
kateter ablasyonu (RFKA) kalp aritmilerinde kullanılan noninvaziv tedavi
yöntemidir.Ancak işlem sırasında bazı komplikasyonlar gelişebilmektedir. Bu
yazıda 71 yaşında kalp aritmisi bulunan erkek hastaya uygulanan RFKA sırasında
gelişen sağ ventrikül rüptürünün cerrahi onarımında primer sütur ile birlikte
bir doku yapıştırıcısı olan etil-2 siyanoakrilat ile desteklenmesiyle sağlanan
başarılı tedavisi sunulmaktadır.

Abstract

Radyofrekans
kateter ablasyonu (RFKA) kalp aritmilerinde kullanılan noninvaziv tedavi
yöntemidir.Ancak işlem sırasında bazı komplikasyonlar gelişebilmektedir. Bu
yazıda 71 yaşında kalp aritmisi bulunan erkek hastaya uygulanan RFKA sırasında
gelişen sağ ventrikül rüptürünün cerrahi onarımında primer sütur ile birlikte
bir doku yapıştırıcısı olan etil-2 siyanoakrilat ile desteklenmesiyle sağlanan
