Otizm Spektrum Bozukluğu Olan Çocuklarda Beslenme Problemleri ve Bilimsel Dayanaklı Davranışsal Müdahaleler

Abstract

Otizm spektrum bozukluğu (OSB), sosyal iletişim ve sosyal
etkileşimde yetersizliklerin yanı sıra sınırlı tekrarlayıcı davranış, ilgi ve
etkinliklerin sergilenmesi olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Son yıllarda yapılan birçok
çalışma beslenme problemlerinin, OSB'li çocuklarda oldukça yaygın olduğunu
göstermektedir. Bu derleme çalışmasının amacı, OSB olan çocukların yaşadığı
beslenme problemlerini ve bu problemlerin çözümüne yönelik ilaç tedavisini
içeremeyen bilimsel dayanaklı davranışsal müdahalelerin neler olduğunu
özetlemektir. İlgili müdahale teknikleri ile başta OSB'li çocuğa sahip
ailelere, eğitimcilere, uzmanlara veya bakım sağlayıcılara beslenme
problemleriyle baş etmede birkaç ipucunun sağlanması hedeflenmektedir.
