Abstract
Bu
çalışmada, yüzey pürüzlülüğünün, basınçlı hava yatağı ile desteklenmiş bir
yatak-rotor sisteminin yük taşıma kapasitesine olan etkileri teorik olarak
araştırılmıştır. Bu kapsamda yatak ve rotor yüzeyleri arasındaki havanın akışı,
Reynold's denklemi ile modellenmiştir. Bu model içerisindeki, yatak ve rotor
yüzeyleri arasındaki mesafeyi tanımlayan film kalınlık fonksiyonu yüzey
pürüzlülüğü ile birlikte ifade edilmiştir. Reynold's denklemi Diferansiyel
Transform& Sonlu Farklar hibrid sayısal çözümü kullanılarak çözdürülmüş
yüzeyler arasındaki basınç dağılımları ve yatak yük taşıma kapasiteleri
hesaplanmıştır. Yüzey pürüzlülüğünün, basınçlı hava yatakları ile desteklenmiş
bir yatak-rotor sisteminin yük taşıma kapasitesi üzerindeki etkilerinin
araştırılması için, Matlab ortamında bir algoritma geliştirilmiş ve basınçlı
hava yatağının geometrik parametreleri ve rotorun açısal hızı için benzetimler
yapılmıştır.
